Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your gift to request a return.

We are committed to making your online shopping experience with us an easy and pleasurable one. In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged, or if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us orders@thegiftstudio.com.au as soon as possible. We will make arrangements to rectify any issues straight away. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging.
