Purchasing your gift from The Gift Studio assumes your understanding and agreement to the following:

CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to process any cancellations of orders prior to despatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched or personalised.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Incorrect delivery addresses resulting in a re-delivery will be charged a second delivery charge of $20.00 (hamper gifts). Re-delivery may take between 24-48 hours.

COURIER DELAYS

The Gift Studio uses a third party courier service/Australia Post to deliver our Luxury Gift Hampers. Once your Hamper leaves our premises it is then in the hands of the courier company/Australia Post. We do our very best to ensure your gift arrives on time, however, there will always be circumstances that are out of our control which could affect delivery within these time-frames. In these rare instances, we will ensure we let you know as soon as we are made aware of the delay, and we will always aim to resolve the issue as quickly as humanly possible.

REFUNDS

We ask that you please call or text us on  0404348558 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the luxury gift hamper you have sent or received. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, a number of resolutions will be available to you and we will come to a solution to suit your case.

All material on this site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by The Gift Studio.  Material on The Gift Studio is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of The Gift Studio. Use of the materials on any other website or networked computer environment, or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of The Gift Studio copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited.
